I literally just finished putting this in.
I have a way stiffer than stock suspension, lower profile tires, and a way deeper exhaust, and $35 made it quieter than stock. It's no louder 90mph than at 35mph.
Highly recommend doing this for any car. Also helps "muh audio quality."

It's not that bad. It seems like itd be a lot but 36 sq ft of 80mil is like 10 pounds, if that. You'd have to cover literally every inch of of the inner skin of your car to add 100 lbs.
Realistically 50% of your inner doors and trunk you'd see like 8-10db reduction in noise. Which is a ton for 35 bucks.
