So a month ago while driving(had my music pretty loud) all 4 of my speakers went to shit at the same time. So whenever i had my volume anything louder than "hearable" i would get this horrible static. I noticed turning the base down helped somewhat. I was told that since it was all 4 speakers then its very likely my stereo head unit. I replace it with a nice Sony one and same problem... Could it possibly be anything other than my speakers? They are stock (2000 honda accord ex) I REALLY dont have the money to replace something unneeded AGAIN.. please help /o/

GOOD FOR YOU, YOU BLOODLY SACK OF SHIT. THINK ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T WANT TO HEAR YOUR SHITTY MUSIC.

Take off the speaker covers and check them out, they might all be blown. If not, I don't know enough about sound systems to suggest anything else.

>Not replacing the speakers first.
This is what you get for having ricers as friends.
What are you running the audio from?
USB? AUX? CD? Bluetooth?

I asked at an audio specialist place first, they said most likely head unit. Then i asked here and googled, 90% of what i read said head unit. Dont gotta be a dick im just kindly asking for help, and im not bumping every 5 mins.
No matter what i run, usb, bt, aux, tuner, it does the same thing, bass makes static, and its not even loud, i can barely hear my music at all driving 35mph with the windows down.
Appreciate your reply.

>bass makes static
That's what happens when your speakers and fucked champ. As old mate said above, take off the door trims and have a geeze at them, the surrounds are probably all fucked up.
Thx to all the ukfags who gave me advice. My fellow amerifags let me down.

You let yourself down. You ask for help yet you don't test any of the suggestions made, then ask for help again.

have you seen if the speakers are blown yet?
It will be pretty obvious once you look at them, the cones will be ripped.

You may have had a ground come undone, or possibly bare wires touching. Had it happen in my car.
