Going back to college in the fall and I need something that can kill me at a moment's notice. What's the fastest car I can get for under 10k USD? Nothing older than 2000.

avoid Mini's. Theyre fun to drive but holy shit are they unreliable, and because they're built by BMW, the cost to repair what breaks is fucking expensive too.
