It doesn't matter how fast either of you are going, if someone behind you is going faster than you are you're legally required to let them pass. I would add an exception for left exits. If you are within 1 mile of a left exit you do not have to be "passing" in the passing lane assuming you are actually getting off the exit. You should at the very minimum keep up with the speed limit and preferably the flow of traffic but if some assface is riding you ass and flashing his lights you are not obligated to move over.
Outside of that you should move over for those going faster as soon as it is safe to do it.
