In the case of this particular car you could relatively easily do that since the voice isn't on a chip, it's on a magnetic tape that could be newly recorded.

the S12, Z31, and Maxima 810 all had similar set ups. the Z31 and S12 used a different system that had a much more synthetic voice, stored on tiny plastic records in an accessory box bolted under a finisher panel near the rear shock tower. They Played through the Drivers Door Speaker system, not their own dedicated one : the normal "chimer" under the dash is still there, just not active while betty is plugged in
