Hey /o/ some jackass hit my car while it was parked and left a hole in the rear bumper. How much would this cost to fix? Is it even worth taking it into a shop for such a small problem?

If bodyshops remove front plates and shave the holes they'll sure as shit do that hole
It won't cost much. It's a tiny amount of damage but it obviously bothers you enough so I'd go get it fixed.
