What's the best brand of aftermarket steering wheels that isn't incredibly expensive?
I'd like to say MOMO is good, but my friend told me they're garbage, and I don't know shit about steering wheels.

I just put a Sparco R383 on my MX5, outstanding quality, at around $225
Also had a MOMO wheel on my old car, decent suede, great leather.
Used Nardi wheels in the past, not my cup of tea, but very well built.
NRG I've heard good and very bad about

What are opinions on the NRG ones? I want a new steering wheel for my miat since the leather is peeling and looks hideous, but I can't justify $200+ for a momo prototipo. I'll be buying the momo hub though since I don't want quick release and do want my steering wheel not to fall off.

yeah when you do get a new wheel your going to want to put a 3.3 ohm resistor (3 10ohm resistors in parallel) in place of the airbag so you dont have the fucking light on all the time. also remove the breakaway stitching in your seltbelt unless you want to eat your new steering wheel.

There decent wheels im not sure about there longevity, you can pick up a used momo for less than a new NRG alot of the time, but its really up to if you like the NRGs.

NRG a shit. If you want a budget wheel, get a Personal. Personal and Nardi are the same company so its good quality and design just cheaper materials. Like vinyl instead of leather. Pic related is what I used to have on my old car, cost $80 secondhand.
