sv650 is the way to go. Naked, lots of torque, good power curve, light weight, comfy and cheap.
I opted for the sfv650 Gladius, but they're rare. Still only paid $2,400 for my '09 with 9k miles. Best beginner bike hands down and you won't get bored too quickly like with a 500 or lower

Hey everyone,
Just thought I would toss up my 1990's GTUs initial D replica on here and see if there is any interest. It is a replica of the car driven by Takumi from the anime Wangan Midnight. I have zero need to sell it, just want to put it out there to test the waters if it doesn't sell I will keep it and turn it into a rally car.
It has been a Southern car its whole life, no rust, refuses to take BS from yankees
Engine has been built and tuned by Matsumoto and Fujiwara Bunta -- some of the best fictional mechanics from the show Wangan Midnight
Fly into Oklahoma and drive it home or to Utah, brothels are more or less legal there. Some people there have their own personal brothels and wear old-fashioned clothes to make it seem like a religious thing
First owner: little old lady in Florida who thought it was cute and never revved it past 4k. No lie!
Second owner: well-respected RX7 forum member who bought it with a motor full of carbon, rebuilt it and auto-x'd it on occasion. Actually that little old lady was probably lying through her teeth based on the carbon buildup
Third Owner: Another well-respected rx7 forum member who purchased it in May 2008 and drove it around the country following Linkin Park on tour with no issues
I am the fourth owner, purchased March 2014. I have the original window sticker, a bunch more non-original stickers, and a stack of like 12 CDs filled with Super Eurobeat and Nelly Furtado mixes
The car is awesome and runs great, its basically a complete build at this point. No turbo but it pulls hard and revs to nearly 12k, just needs a $20 performance chip to unlock the horsepower but I don't have time to mess with it. Body is in pretty good shape for having 350k miles on the chassis a couple tiny dings in the oil pan but nothing a tack weld didn't fix. Underside is rust free except for the frame rails and axles. Overall a very clean car if you are looking for a good first car for your kid or a grocery hauler. I am located in Oklahoma and would not hesitate to take the car on any long drives (I bought it out of state and drove it four hours back with no issues) other than having no A/C, power steering, or windshield wipers lol =) I also have documents of the cars history and wikipedia page and top 10 facts you didn't know about the RX-7 on my computer which will be passed along to the buyer.
I am asking 5.5k OBO. Price can be lowered somewhat by removing the stickers and or the transmission. No lowballs, I know what I got. Of course the car has high quality stenciled paint on it to replica the look from the Wangan Midnight anime, these will be kept on and if the buyer so choose Maaco can do a respray for 200 bucks and a pallet of maruchan ramen cups

I'm definitely leaning towards an MR2 but they seem to be getting much more expensive. I'm cool with that as long as there's still a big enough supply of parts and aftermarket so I can keep it running.
This is the only other Fiero that I've seen that might be worth it...hard to square $3800 when I can drop $5k on a decent condition MR2.
