Am I the only one that hates non standard shift patterns? If it's a 5 speed, reverse should be to the right and down. OP pic is absolutely haram.
Best I've experienced was the S2000's shifter, felt like loading a rifle and was crisp overall.
The worst hands down had the be the Z3's, extremely spongy and difficult to use.

What are you fucking stupid or something? Going from reverse to first is super easy without having to go ALL the way over to the right. It also has a nice wall to keep you from accidentally the reverse.
