The heater is NOT an easy fix. I'd recommend a p71 but not that one.
If you're from edmonton, there's a big michener allen sale tomorrow.

If those are the same seats as the Town Car then I highly recommend it, those are god-tier and the interior in all Panther cars are pretty well-made.

I don't think I have the same seats as the Lincoln in mine, but mine are also cloth so....
The interior is sturdy and well made but in some areas not so particularly refined. Its still a Ford. I have the GS model though, not the LS or Ultimate so its very very basic.
