I'm wondering, when should I get my oil changed in my car? The sticker says 155,748 and I passed that and currently have 156,126 miles.

yeah more or less 4-5 K miles maybe less if it's a performance vehicules but you should know that by now
no no no...its telling you to change your oil in another 155,748 miles...trust me ive been a mechanic for more than 20 minutes, I know well over 400 generic auto part stores in the surrounding area.
