US here, just saw a R34 Skyline and a Z32 300ZX right behind each other. I've seen a couple Z32's before but never a R34 in person. Hope it doesn't get crushed.

It felt pretty damn good, I couldn't believe it at first but the driver was on the right side of the car and I saw the tail lights.

I have never seen any of these in real life; Nissan R32/33/34/GTR, Mazda RX7/RX8, Honda NSX, any Ferrari, any Lamborghini, any Aston Martin, Dodge Charger/Challenger, Chevrolet Camaro and probably fuckloads of others cars that you see every day in other countries

I live in PA. On the road ive seen a Lambo countach, Ferrari 308, ferrari 360, couple lotuses, a gallardo, couple corvette ZR1's, others im forgetting.
The rarest I have seen was probably a 2000 Mustang Cobra R.
On sunny days the streets are crawling with GTR's, corvette stingrays, and there is a shelby gt500 on every corner. I wish I knew where these people get all thier money.

Some of the cars you guys talk about are a bit more common here, it seems.
R34s are certainly not a regular sight, but I've seen them several times. The first time was really awesome. Other sights include: Lots of Ferraris (mostly new ones), the occasional Lamborghini, lots of Porsches (cap'n obv), some Aston Martins (they're really hot), a Bugatti EB110 once when I was younger, which was probably the rarest car I've ever seen. The rarest in recent history was a SLS.

Rode in my friends r34 gtr on a cruise and to the grocery store. Literally later that night at a bar, someone came up to me while I was playing pool and started asking me about it. Turns out they thought it was mine because I was "driving" it. I guess they didn't realize it was RHD.
Honestly I see rare cars all the time so its no big deal. Two friends of mine run an import company, so on that front I see all kinds of rare cars. An Acura NSX is literally like 40x more rare than an r32 here. Also having worked part time as a valet for 6 years, the novelty of exotics strongly wore off in the first few months as well. I also was able to go with a friend to see Jay Leno's garage. Probably after all that, there is literally no magic in seeing any kind of rare cars anymore. Pretty depressing desu senpai.
