It's a dct not an automatic.
and rating a dct based on how quick it upshifts isnt as important as how fast it downshifts and if it gives you full control over downshifts.
all good expensive dcts upshift quickly, but a lot of them wont give you full control over downshifts.
also if it shortshifts that's a problem, which can all be adjusted with firmware, but good luck getting ahold of it.
