It's a Rabbit with a pickup bed. If you like old small cars, go for it. It is, how ever, mind-numbingly slow. Like, too slow for highway commutes. Nothing an engine swap can't fix.
The real downside is dealing with other VW owners. They truly are the most obnoxious fanbase on earth.

was my first car. slow, no towing capacity, not much capacity in the bed, flimsy tailgate. neat truck but it gets boring pretty quick unless you just want a quirky and useful old DD.
