GT3 is about manufacturer support; if manufacturers don't cough up money towards the teams somehow (free drivers, free parts, engineers, etc) then teams switch to a better-supported car pretty quickly.

This car is kicking a lot of ass in Pirelli World Challenge.
They need to make it RHD or something so it can be raced in Bathurst and other Australian racing series that allows GT3 cars also i don't see why it wouldn't do well in European GT3 races since it already wins races against successful GT3 cars such as the Bentley GT3.
Cadillac could easily be generating a lot of brand prestige for themselves.
