Yes, the atom is covered in them and they wear out like mad. Replace a bajillion rod ends every time you change the oil. Spinning rod ends in and out is also how you do the alignment/setup, really goddamn annoying. Rod ends everywhere was fine for race cars from 1985 but today its like come on breh. Springs and shocks were typically ran at much softer rates back then as well so there was a lot less wear on them.
