I'm seriously debating buying this Prelude, but I know fuck all about kits and something seems off about this one. Is it just installed poorly, is it too small?

Very clean in and out. Call/text and see if he will give a VIN. Then stop by the VIN thread and see its history. But sometimes when you meet an owner you can just tell if they were good to the car or not. And the price seems fair. You could probably get to 1.8k.
