Odyssey EX-L is what you want. There are lots for under 30k with low mileage.They're the best-selling minivan for a reason. Pretty quick for what it is too.

Also, putting 20k down is retarded. If youre already going to finance it, don't dump all of your cash and if you want a huge layout of cash that won't leave you with a car payment then pick something that you can buy outright.

Some of them are equipped with awd. These are actually really nice, a friends dad has one and it's really comfortable and roomy.
Also if you don't need 350hp you dont need to get the ecoboost model, smaller engines are available
