Maybe you should do some reading before you shit on this car.
Mazda knows that nobody revs their 3 row SUV past 3k rpms anyway, so they focused on low rpm performance and torque. It makes 310 ft lb at 2000 rpm.
Also it only makes 227 hp when its using regular fuel, on premium it makes 250 hp, which is plenty.
