Kek the acid has rusted over some parts of the radiator clamp. Also that's an old battery if not the original one. Not a newish battery as the earlier anon said

Battery is fucked, but autozone will test for free. Grab a toothbrush and use diet coke to clean up those terminals before putting new bat in. No reason to get new terminals. Also optima a shit for about 15 years now and your car isn't worth that much dosh for a bat anyway.
