Obstructing traffic is so wrong they made a law against it. At highway speeds, people can't always react in time. Looks like it. Oil pan gets gashed open and spills oil on the the exhaust manifold as it rolls over. Surprised it didn't catch on fire although the clip might have ended before we saw it or it only got on hot engine parts that were cooler than the manifold but hot enough to smoke the oil.
