Not worth the vandalism to the car. It's difficult to stick out in some parts of america. If you have something like the Stars and Bars in some parts of america it is safe. In other parts, it gets rocks thrown but only when you are not there because they are cowards. The same with waxed shiny cars; some minorities (mexican) vandalize those by spitting on them in store parking lots.

The rising sun flag doesn't really have the same implications as the confederate flag. It's just an alternative design. Hell, the SDF still uses it today.

Almost all people are cowards nowadays except the stupid ones or the brave ones willing to take a hit. Everyone uses the "backstab" method now.
For example, people apparently feel you have no right and shall not tell them "Please be more careful about dinging other cars" after they just dinged your car with you in the car. However, they smile and say sorry, and you then go into the store. You come out and they have vandalized your car. This happened to me. At no time was I intimidating or loud nor did I accuse. I said what was quoted above. But in america, people don't accept limitations. By the way, that was a family with kids, so the adults doing the vandalizing on both sides of my car set a good example for their kids.
They were mexican types so that figures. The kids were taught that day that vandalizing someone whose car they previously dinged was acceptable behaviour. They are part of the high crime statistics here. They may pretend to be courteous, but they will vandalize or steal. Those mexican kids will grow up to become yet more problems to american society.
