What does /o/ think of swapping in a motor from glorious Nippon into a msucle car?

a waste of two cars

Just get an IS F
Turbo vk/uz motor into a muscle would be pretty cool
Also maybe a turbo'd vq series v8 killer would make for some good laughs.
Most 4 bangers dont really have the power/low end torque to get muscle carss moving and v6 muscle cars are already horrendously slow as is.
Maybe a jz/rb motor into a 1g mustang or something along those lines would be cool to see imo.

But think of the better result, the American engine in the Japanese chassis.
You still wont be the special snowflake you want to be.

Not enough torque to move capesize American cars.

I remember they did the RB Mustang in Tokyo Drift, but in reality turned out to be a regular V8. Makes me a bit sad. But I'd really like to try one with a Firebird or a GTO one day.

V8 Datsun Z maybe?

>>15084041
i dont see the point, its way harder than a regular american swap

OP just thinks no one else has thought of this before and he thinks he's original.
>>15084123
you might be retarded. the OP picture is of a 2jz swap

It's because I live near a place that happens to have Japanese engines cheaper. Plus, I like the looks of inlines.

Keep on damage controlling.

Yeah like maybe a turd gen with a vk45
Just shit thats not really thought of
Like a mustang 2 with a fully built turbo 3 pot
Foxbody with a high revving n/a c32
Sn95 with a 1gz
First gen vette with a 4g63t
C3 with a 6g7 or that new cummins diesel.
Chevelle with a turbo 4 & an integrated tesla electric system, like a 918
I think the ultimate swap would be a Javelin with a screaming 4 rotor.
