You shouldn't base your first bike purchase off a certain style, much less something as shit as brats or whatever the hipsters call them.
You want a 4stroke around 50-80 hp with an upright seating position that was built in the last 20-25 years, used but as close to stock as possible. No cruisers, no supersports, no cafe racers or other shit. Ride it for a year or 2, then get what you want once you can actually ride.
If you're not looking to learn to ride you might as well leave and go to /fa/ or some other forum where style is what they value.

I personally think Honda dropped the ball on the Vultus. They could have made it better looking, dual disc front end with fat meats, more inspiring engine etc. but they based it on the NC750 or or whatever it was instead. Not that that was a bad thing, but it's just so uninspiring imo.
