looks like a bushing for your suspension.
Looks like an engine torsion plate pal. Probably need a rebuild.

Basically it takes a lot of the radial load from the cam linkage around the engine mount. You should get away with a partial engine rebuild, just make sure you tell the shop that you know an engine torsion plate has fallen out, you just don't know which one

Not a real answer, I just used the code printed on the part, can't be a gearshift linkage bushing cause it's too big.
Btw it's not ripped so you might have lost something else
