I think it time for a meta thread /o/.
How do you feel about the state of /o/?
Has it gotten better or worse recently?
Have you noticed anything anons are doing that you feel needs to be called out and put a stop to?
A board as slow as this doesn't hurt to have group discussion from time to time.
The fact this is 4chans automotive board says enough about the general quality of the place. Majority of everything here said is nearly word for word taken from youtube channels and automotive blogs then just repeated. Sure we have a few guys that really know what they are talking about but they are overshadowed by the hoard of anons who have no idea what they are talking about yet try REALLY hard to seem like they do.
All in all I come here for memes not actual automotive discussion.

Not having the board spammed multiple nights per week is an improvement. No current shitposter benchracing going on at the moment. It's still shit, but it's better.

This is true and you have no arguments against it. As 4chan has increased in popularity it has become nothing but reddits place to be edgy.
I contribute only the information that im 100% sure on, and if im not, I say that too. The automotive community would see great benefit from just being more respectful towards eachother, and recognizing actual expertise when they see it. so i think if I help propagate that ill do some good.

Came here when i started car shopping because i knew nothing about cars, and figured some lurking would teach me some basics, and i was interested in becoming more knowledgeable on "car stuff".
Quickly realized most everyone here is ether retarded or troll. Started learning stuff from real forums/reputable youtube channels
Still come every once in a while for some meme chuckles. Don't frequently visit because everyone is autistic and eternally mad.
