I'm going to be moving to Canada soon, and wanted to import my Porsche. Bought in 2010, dealer serviced and all.
How would I go about to check if it complies MVSA?

If you care for the costs, it's better you sell it and buy a 911 of the similar type that has been slightly used. There's plenty. Check autotrader.ca or kijiji.ca .

for anything newer than 15 years old, you'll have to make the car meet canadian standards, which is probably very hard and very expensive if it's a non-north american spec vehicle.

you cant, to import a vehicle to here besides one from the United States it has to be 15 years old or older. can come from Japan, England, wherever but has to be 15 years old or older

Canada is supposedly full of classic air-cooled 911s that have never seem winter driving because their owners all have winter beaters.
Consider getting one if those at some point with your oil money.
