What's the point of being on this board anymore?

To make gm fangirls cry.

We need to find some other auto community that isn't polluted by nazis and shitposters.
Or we need a good old purge of the filth.

Let me guess, you made a thread to lie about how Chevy is a good auto maker and you are deluded enough to think that opinion was of any "quality".
It's just that we don't suffer fools easily here, it's not a free for all for uneducated opinions.
4chan has been ruined by the /pol/ meme.
Almost all boards are unsalvageable now.
>>14955661
The fact that you make shitty threads where you bitch about tripfags and give them attention leads me to believe you are not very capable of making "Quality™" threads
>>14955661
Reddit is better for talking about cars
/o/ is for shitposting

There are a few decent ones left but I won't tell you which ones because I don't want to give anyone any ideas

I remember back when brand and model specific forums were a thing. There would be hundreds, sometimes thousands of users online during peak times.
People that posted shit or just even misleading info were shouted down and banned. Post count, join date and user name were important things.
If somebody posted up an awesome build and ended up giving you advice later, you knew it wasn't bullshit.
How far we've come.

Those still exist
not that long ago there was an mr2 thread and and anon asked for trusted websites for parts and some random faggot called him an idiot for not "not knowing how search for shit on the internet " /o/ is vomit now.

The forums are still around but nobody really uses them anymore.

Forums are still alive, but most have hit moved to Facebook and focus more on meet ups and shit like that. Still some forums that are highly active, though
