Does anybody know what the duck this dial is? My little brother just bought a 2003 350z and it has this aftermarket dial underneath the dash. When you switch it it makes a beeping noise that sounds like R2D2. It corresponds with a small led on the steering column

probably nitrous control. look for tanks in the trunk or wheel wells OP. they most likely contain nitrous to boost engine power. i would be careful with that dial unless you want to cause a dangerous explosion
