Running into oncoming traffic prob
Rural accidents - it takes longer to be discovered and longer for help to get to you.
The deadly ones
Distracted driving.
small frontal overlap, usually crushes the driver unless in a newer car

I worked as a patrol officer for LAPD for the first 8 years of my career, 4.5 in a black and white shop and the rest as an admin/supervisor.
From what I saw, most people died from crashing into stationary objects/rear ending someone and a passenger inside didn't wear their seatbelt. A lot of tragic, preventable deaths in relatively low-speed crashes because of unworn seatbelts more than anything else.
Head ons with power poles and trees.
Rollovers, side intrusion and high-speed into stationary objects.

Did you ever see anyone die with their seatbelt on because one of their passengers didn't wear theirs and their fat ass bounced around the car on impact?

German statistics say that rural roads are the deadliest by distance driven (running off the road usually results in colliding with something solid at speed or opposing traffic), followed by urban roads (T-bones and pedestrian collisions), and the high speed Autobahn is in fact the safest German road network because it's guardrailed practically in its entirety.
