Cafe racers are the new ricing craze of the bike world taking old sports bikes and cutting them down, like a few years ago when people would buy cruiser and turn them into "Bobber" now there is a ton of these projects for sale on ebay. My bet would be in 2-3 years they will have moved on to turning dirt bikes into scramblers or some shit.
