About 15 years ago, a guy in Springdale Arkansas had a delorean. Never saw it on the road but they're pretty easy to spot when parked in a driveway. Probably not the rarest I've ever seen, but rare considering the population density of the area to have a delorean.

I did a bit of shadowing with Unique Performance in Dallas, Texas when I was 18. They built the resto-mod GT500s like in Gone in Sixty Seconds. I saw all of the models from the 450hp ones to the super rare 700hp supercharged models.
There's also a dealership down the road that I visited with my girlfriend that had an FF, F12, BAC Mono, C8 Aileron, Murcielago SV, etc. Super cool stuff.

The rarest production car I've ever seen was probably either a Vector (the later model, can't remember the name) at Cars & Coffee back when it was in Irvine, or a Cizeta V16T at the Beverly Hills Concours back in the day.
Rarest I've seen on the road was probably an Enzo, way back in '05 or so, which I saw on Mulholland Drive.
Speaking of Mulholland, I saw an LM002 there a few weeks ago, but it was leaving as I was arriving and so I couldn't take a pic.
