Which traffic laws do you often ignore?
Basically none. Unless you see 5-10 over as "ignoring".

I ignore "No Thru Truck" signs daily, and those u-turn signs quite a bit. I always park in fire lanes. Weight limits on bridges are ignored on certain routes too.
Stop signs. I'm not plowing through them by any means, but I know soooo many stop signs in my town that would've been just as useful being yield signs. Also I gun traffic lights when they change from green to yellow and sometimes it takes long enough for me too see the red.
Speed limits. I've hit 130 mph in a 70 several times, 140 in a 65, 100 in a 40 and more all in the past month.

When it's late at night and there's nobody around, i don't use turn signals because they only work in lane change mode, they don't work when fully engaged and it's just a pain in the ass to have to hold it when nobody's around me.

I U-turn wherever I please, and blow through stop signs if I have a clear view of incoming traffic, and don't bother with signals if nobody is close to me.
I would love to go 20-30 over, but driving in a town gone insane with (randomly placed) speed cameras has scared me into never going 10 over. I got 6 tickets in 4 years, and usually stuff like going 61 in a 50kph zone.

I think that's all. I pass when it's safe to do so, I follow the lines an the signs etc. so I'm not a stereotypical jackass on a sportbike.

Red lights, because I live in rural flatlands and I can see for miles. There's this one light that intersects a highway, but the highway is barely used. Because of how the light it timed, you have to wait 5+ minutes at the light... but if it's absolutely clear I just run it.
That said, I don't run red lights in urban settings.

Not lying. I've been pulled over many times (for unrelated shit like dead lights or exhaust) and never had a problem. Passed checkpoint test easy. Been doing it for like a decade w.o issue. Its all about knowing where and when to do it.
I don't really know anyone who doesn't have a few road sodas, its normal around here.
