Well they do need to have a range of products and going for sport cars only is not exactly a safe or wise move. Especially since they have been less and less popular in France this decade.
If they make and SUV that turns out to be a proper off-roader, that would be pretty cool.
Could see them trying to make Alpine a high-end brand with a sporty 4 doors salon, stuf like that. That would be a good change considering how big a meme every other french brand has become.
