I think those jeeps are too clean so you look like faggots. You want mud up to the windows at least.

people think their older jeeps are better but reality is wranglers have only gotten better over the years. People will try to dispute it but they're wrong. The biggest thing that makes him wrong is you have round headlights

Both are nice, I like the YJ for the look more personally, and because it's one of the last AMC Jeeps. Don't see the much around here. Your 4.0 is definitely the better engine though, and the TJ is better as a daily driver.

Yeah. It's just a bone stock 6 with a 4 speed but I'll be damned if that wants the most fun car to drive around town. It's funny to see people in convertibles look up at you when you pull behind them

TJ is better in many, many ways (all around coil springs, slightly less body roll) but that's not to say the YJ is bad. It's a great wrangler too, the only thing that bothers me are the box headlamps.

As for your debate, your engine, while not only producing a more pleasant amount of torque and HP, is also more harmonically stable so it won't shake its own life away like his 2.5 liter. Your engine will outlive his. Your oil filter is also easier to reach, and all the 4.0 liter engines are coupled with better Jeep transmissions, so because of the engines you got you have the more reliable transmission.
