They've evolved.

My god. This can't be legal, or at the very least safe.
When will the white house do what's right and ban the sale of assault vehicle scents. They attack the olfactory systems with lethal efficiency. Perhaps once upon time we needed scents this strong, but its time to evolve. Just because we can does not mean we should.

I've always wondered why people get car scents. I now understand it is because it is to cover up the odor of fast food rotting under their seats and dog urine and feces smeared over their carpets and musty sweat from their heaving bodies. A clean car should not have a need for scents. I mean, some people may like the smell just for it, but many are just slobs.

I never have anything inside my car. Regularly vacuumed, throw out all rubbish every time I get home, no loose items inside the car at all. But 11 years of driving and farting into the seats really hasn't done wonders for the smell.

Changed your cabin filter recently?

>not shampooing your seats/carpet annually
do you even like cars anon?
>>14824080
Because older cars even have those. I keep my car very clean and shampoo it every year but it still needs some fresh from time to time.

Not everyone is American.

I have an exhaust leak so it's necessary.
>>14824178
why not just fix the fuggin exhaust leak
>>14824047
I have a habit of leaving my windows open and sometimes it rains in the window on the seats. Then when you close the windows to stop more water coming in it starts to get musty.
It clears out on it's own after some time with the windows down but it's not great the first time you get in there.

you sound like you're a retard, desu
>>14824047
Pretty much on spot. House scents are the same shit. The best thing is those things are usually toxic, so again the problem solves itself. :)
>>14824202
Why do hard work when you can just cover it in Freshâ„¢
>>14824219
Eh. I live in a glorious sunny and warm part of the world so closing windows is something that doesn't even cross my mind for 8 months in a year.

Get Silica cat litter (cheap), fill a pair of socks with it and put them under your seats.

i get twenty of the cotton candy one at once so my car smells like a certain thing
My car is 14 years old and still pretty much smells like it always has from new, but I can honestly say it's never actually been really dirty once in it's whole life.
