Looking for something cheaper on insurance and interesting. I've technically got ~11k USD to work with but I only want to spend around $5000.

I like the Q45 if you get the guy to reupholster the seat...

if that doesn't work out I'm going to check out the Q45 and truck......if those suck I'm going to pick the Sentra

Just from browsing through your craigslist for a few minutes. I don't think I would get that SR5 but that's just me.
Insurance will fuck you when you tell them it has an engine swap and a. Carburated rotarty isn't special.
Look for a fox body mustang or a 2003+ Lincoln Town car

The q45 would be a nice car really. The sr5 looks awesome and would probably be alot of fun, but im not into doritos and would rather make my own custom hoonmobile with... any other engine? that sr5 with a 3sge beams rwd setup out of the altezza/is300 would be amazing and that engine/trans/ecu/wires is 12-1400 usd. im also a big fan of the buick 3800, that would be fun in it. imho i would get a reliable daily for cheap and get a project. but im addicted to projects.
