>>14822271
Maybe
It will get you anywhere you want to go at a reasonable pace and will last forever if you treat her good.
Great car if you're not into pretending you're boy racer.
>>14822285
Yes it does that for me well... I love it but i wonder sometimes how good i have it. Does it matter what version i have ? I have the S version 2001
>>14822295
The S is just to sell it to boy racers who are ignorant about cars, a corolla is a corolla, a legendary econobox but nothing more.
>>14822295
pretty sure the s just means you have some extra plastic trim and a spoiler.
>>14822363
You mean like side skirts? I have those but no spoiler
I have driven a 90's corolla 1.6 si for couple of weeks now. Got it from the shop my own car is in now. Don't really know what they're called in the states, temporary car? Anyway, I have had way too much fun in it. Powershifting and redlining errywere, not my car so I don't have to care that I'm slowly destroying it.
>>14822518
>slowly destroying it.
Very very slowly.
This was has been thrashed on for nearly 30 years.
>>14822381
how bout them gauges tho
>>14822534
Yeah it feels pretty fucking sturdy. Doe it seems like it burns a bit of transmission oil and the power steering makes a whining noise when the steering is cut all the way. Also looks like it leaks a little oil from the gasket. It's been driven around 290k kilometers.
Honestly, I wouldn't mind owning one as a beater.
>>14822196
Hope yours doesn't have the 1ZZ-FE engine.
Those fuckers eventually start to burn oil like mad.
I had one, thing burned a quart every couple hundred miles. I forgot to fill it up one day before going to work and the pile of shit threw a rod.
Have fun.
I have a 01 corolla pushing 400km, it had 150km when I bought it in in 06. Toyota seems to make reliable A to B transportation.
>>14822666
Only certain years and only with thick oil.
Don't be stupid
>>14822561
Tachometer, speedometer, fuel, temperature
Those are all i have
I bought '98 Nissan primera slx 1.6
did I fuck up?
>>14822713
Nope. Mine was fed 5W-30 its whole life. I took ridiculous care of that heap. It's a design flaw for 1ZZ-FE's.

God I hate stupid people

>It's a design flaw for 1ZZ-FE's.
All small engines have this problem and going 80mph doesnt help it either
