3S-GTE swap? A 4th gen 3S-GTE in a 6th gen Celica would be pretty sweet.
In theory the front end swap should be close to a bolt on affair. I've seen swaps where the radiator support needs to be replaced. Also headlight wiring might be a bit different. You'll likely have issues with the headlights being aimed for right hand drive cars.
I think the hardest part would actually be sourcing everything. You might try buying a front cut, just in case the radiator support is different or something. There are some importers that sell front end conversions like this. Might try contacting one and requesting the specific front end.

I'm surprised you find the Toyota ugly and think the Hyundai actually looks good.
The Supra's front wasn't really that good looking, it has those huge headlights which looks like the designer's were short on time but sorry, the Hyundai just looks plain ugly, the body, the front and the rear are all ugly.
I love the G35 sedan and coupe, and it's VQ35, but that front end looks nowhere near as good as the back. hell, the sonata I drive looks better in the front than the lights on the G35 sedan.
