>In Germany, the land of the Autobahn, where speed is regarded as a national right, the best-selling sports car last month wasn't the locally-built Porsche 911.
>It was the Ford Mustang.
>It was the Ford Mustang.
>It was the Ford Mustang.
>>14809809
>sports car
>mustang
Sind die dumm?
>>14809809
How can yuropoors even compete?
>>14809820
Why do you like the mustang so much lads? I mean we all knows its better than anything bmw will make for another 3 decades but still german pride and all that
Will you start buying vipers as well lol?
>>14809809
Is the mustang cheaper than a 911 over there?
>>14809829
There is no reason not to buy American these days.
>>14809829
>german pride
that's illegal m8
t. german
anyways a semi serious note, it's all the people that have money now (mostly some managers in their 50s) that buy a v6 mustang to show off that they have soemthing different now to impress their 28 year old blonde gold digger whore
>>14809839
yeah much cheaper but its still overpriced by american standards.
In my country it starts at 32k ecobooster so yeah you get the idea
>>14809847
you mean ecobooster because there's no v6 in europe
but yeah I like american cars and old german farts are the premium suppliers of used cars for the rest of us so thanks bros :D
>>14809839
43 327,6 US-Dollar for a Mustang
110 149,021 US-Dollar for the 911
so yes, the Mustang is way cheaper.
>>14809857
>there's no v6 in europe
what the fugg you're right
>>14809843
Its hard to own americunt cars in europe, especially the good ones. I'd fucking love a CTS-V but my gobmint doesn't agree
>>14809875
2.3ecoboost was pretty much made to replace v6 in europe for people who cant afford the taxes on such a big engine. And v6 is useless because anyone who can will just go for v8 instead
>>14809809
lol. How insecure are Europeans? They come on here and bash American cars yet when no ones looking they buy them up left and right.
Like a gay man in the closet.
>>14809906
Its just bantz m8, I call your cars shit on /int/ all the time but in truth some of my favourites are american :3
>>14809847
Pretty much this. An American car is something "exotic" that will always turn heads in Europe, especially a loud flashy Mustang. People are just used to the regular Porsches/BMWs/AMG Benzes so its an attempt to stand out
>>14809906
european people on /o/ are different than the average midlife crisis european
>americans can't think
damn you guys stoopid :^)
>>14809935
Most people here will assume a 2.3 mustang is 100k based on looks alone. So its defo a good car if you want to pick up cheap sleazy euro whores
>>14809957
It's 50k across the border.
>>14809962
>100k for the v8
Holy fuck are typical nederland prices this high or is it just ford stupidity?
>>14809978
The Dutch tax system is just retarded.
Here's the M lineup, for comparison.
>>14809962
LOL
Do those prices include tax?
>>14809983
Yup, that's the entire reason they're so insane.
>>14809980
holy shit
>>14809980
Still that's only like 30% more expensive. the v8 stang is double the typical euro price.
Either way those are some hefty prices, x6m is bordering on RR territory
>>14809996
Yeah, you'll often see the higher-end cars with German plates around here for that reason.
Hybrids and eco variants get a big tax cut though, so everywhere you look there's fucking shitboxes.
Used cars don't seem to carry the same insane price tags though, and insurance costs are reasonable. Modding isn't super restricted either, so at least there's a few small positives.
>>14809809
Maybe because even a gt is only half the price of a worthwhile 911.
Lots of poofs across the pond
>>14809980
>>14809962
>>14809865
Man, I'm glad I'm not European.
Cars and taxes here are so much cheaper.
>>14809809
German freeways are mostly straights so it makes sense that a car that can't turn outsells a car that is designed for turning well.
