Are there cars where you can turn off the daytime or regular lights and just have fogs? On that note, why are people bothered by others using their fog lights in any weather condition? Since they're for increasing visibility of the road, aren't they pointed even more downwards than regular lights?
My normal low beams are fogged up on the inside so I use the fogs to make up the difference.
I suppose I could replace the entire lens assembly, but why bother? The only people bothered by fog lights on while not foggy are autists like you.

I don't mind the front ones, i'm more annoyed by people whose headlights are misaligned and point too high - right into my eyes.
What i mind is when people drive around with the rear foglights on when its not foggy.
rear foglights destroy your eyes when its not foggy.
Every WRX I see on the road does this. I doubt safety is the reason as their windows are usually tinted and the tires are stretched.

I drove a Nissan Altima a few days ago, the fogs ARE the only DRLs. It's pretty sweet.
