Came across this truck in some rural area and wanted to find out what it is. Looks kinda like a Studebaker or International. Can someone help me identify this car?

Looks very similar to International kb5, but there are quite a few differences

is it right hand drive or is the picture reversed? The shape of the cowl makes it look like it's from the 40's, but the OHV engine would suggest newer than that.
I'm guessing the fenders are home made

it's a right hand drive, the fenders seem to be home made, since i can't find anything similar to them. The original engine might have been replaced

Looks like a willeys 4x4 of some sort

Its a BMC Leyland ST3 with the Commer Bark-Knocker engine and front mudguards are from a Fordson Oxford Major.
