with how the hose was moving after the explosion and where the tanks is, it's looks like a LPG tank getting overfilled or that is leaky after a certain pressure is reached, like the welds were out of spec and the tank just popped like a balloon

at least that's my guess

>>14794501
You can tell it's not BeamNG, because the bodywork doesn't wiggle like it's made out of rubber.
>>
>>14794528
In BeamNG's defense, that only happens on certain cars that it makes sense of.

Try slowing down the view with a modern car and the metals wont wobble.

It happens almost all the time. The whole car does it. For that reason I prefer what for example Wreckfest does, even if it's probably less realistic on a technical level.
>>
>>14794593
ive not seen the car wobbles too much.

Then again, i dont crash the cars too much, i prefer the almost 100% accurate driving physics instead, and when i crash i slow down the game to enjoy every violent detail.

That's real life too.

>wobble after being static

I think that's a physics engine bug or a cryengine issue that cant be fixed.

If ive had to point out something, its the way brakes dont work realisticly. Instead of braking the wheel itself they just pull them the other way they are going. If you are at low speed, brake a little and relase the car will be going the other way.

also it does not run on cryengine. that was just an example of it being used as middleware.

In a real car that is also possible but it's not as apparent. Ever come to a stop in a car from a reasonable speed and felt that backwards moment right before you fully stop?

one of the craziest GPs ever imo

>2007 European GP (Nürburgring)
>rain was announced at the end of the warm-up
>everyone stayed on dry tires except for Markus Winkelhock (Substitute for Christjian Albers who was fired from Spyker)
>Winkelhock had to start from the pits because of the tire change
>started to rain heavily pretty much immediatly after the race began
>see webm
>most people went in to change to inters, some stayed out
>rain got even worse and worse and most people were still on the wrong tires and losing control
>red flag
>Winkelhock was leading that whole time and restarted from 1st
>reminder that this was his first GP
>lost positions after the restart and had to retire because of technical problems
>tfw he had the chance to win on his first GP
>tfw he had the chance to win after starting as last
>tfw he wasn't hired by Spyker afterwards

Still sad desu

what is 'minimal-rolling resistance'?
>>
>>14795606
It looks like it's designed to account for the flexing. Note where the cab meets the bed in the middle.
They can only engineer that frame to be so stiff because of the nature of a pick up truck chassis.

Designed to maximize contact patch for grip. It's bolted to the rim to allow it. As the car gains speed the centrifugal forces round out the tire allowing for more speed. iirc it gets tall enough to affect gear ratio.

You're a fucking retard.
They use parachutes to stop.
You really can't steer that thing at speed much anyway and you benefit with less rolling resistance and better aero

also how are they held on the rim ?
it cant just be air pressure

They had a F1 team very shortly, the situation was pretty strange:

>Russian billionaire bought Jordan in '05
>ran as Midland F1 Racing with Toyota engine in '06
>had the smallest budget of all teams (~80 million €)
>Spyker bought Midland in the middle of '06 (ran the last couple of races in the season as "Spyker Midland")
>Ferrari engine for Spyker in '07
>Spyker got into financial troubles and was struggling to find sponsors
>team was sold and now is Force India
>>
>>14796387

I'll probably never own a bike just because of how one little thing can go wrong and you'll always be at a serious disadvantage in a crash, even if it isn't your fault.

I think my mothers cousin or some other relative was riding down a country road, and after passing a village/town shit hole there was this blind S bend that was flanked by a solid concrete wall on one side and had almost no visibility until you exit it.

Long story short dude got sandwiched into that wall by a full-size truck, and the driver was of course drunk. Instant death.

As for stupid kids speeding on bikes and crashing head on like in that webm, good riddance. The speed limits in London may be stupidly low in some places, but outside the UK on B roads the speed limit is 50 for a reason.

Really fucking stupid of the car driver to not see him coming either t b h.

In WRC the drivers are not allowed to train in the track nor seeing any kind of map. The co-pilot is literally the only way for them to know whats going on.
