That's not actually legal lane splitting, even it was legal in Florida, which it is not. Lane splitting is "not to get to the front of the line at an intersection". It's for traffic congestion to keep your bike from overheating in a waiting line. It doesn't even relieve traffic congestion. There aren't enough motorcycles on the road to accomplish that.

Well, here's the spoonfed verdict, courtesy of a law student.
A - The Motorcyclist is at fault for starting the incident and deserves his charges for reckless driving. (more on this later)
He illegally split the lane (Lane splitting is illegal in florida).
The Fusion driver however, is in far worse of a situation.
Instead of letting the motorcyclist split the lane or attempt to speak to him and inform him that the lanesplit was illegal, he cut traffic off and blocked a public road in attempt to prevent the motorcyclist from fleeing.
The motorcyclist, reasonably afraid for his life at this point (the man has broken atleast two laws trying to catch up and stop him - what stops him from breaking more?)
flees the scene, hitting the Fusion's mirror along the way out before fight mode turns to flight, being forced by the fusion to run a red light, and almost cut across oncoming traffic (the light was either red, or just turned green and everyone was wondering what was going on with the Fusion)
The fusion then attempts over the course of the videos to run the biker off the road (note that it is my personal belief that he wasn't trying to do anything but scare him, but that's irrelevant in a court of law, in this situation) multiple times.
The cyclist, not knowing his intentions and likely thinking he would attempt to actually hit him, dips into oncoming traffic, with the fusion crossing the line multiple times in attempt to get to him.
Later when the fusion catches up, the driver attempts to assault him atleast twice and is driving extremely recklessly.
This continues until the biker either gets away or the fusion gives up (the video makes it unclear).
Odds are the biker will get off easily, as unlike the driver of the fusion, he had a good reason to do everything he did after the original incident at the stoplight.
I do believe he won't possess a motorcycle license, however, without a retrial of the class and likely a court-mandated defensive driving class.

But now it's actually pretty bad as there most definitely will be fines and repercussions on both parties to keep them off the road for atleast two months.
That means that both of these boys are likely going to lose their jobs, which is always the start of a bad life path in my experience.
Hopefully they have friends or family to help them out, otherwise getting up after this will be harder than it looks.
