Hm do you think THAT good? It's 3,684lb and 345hp for the s60 Polestar. Though for the price range, I think that's good.
But for a GT car, damn it's sick, and beautiful. Most of the new BMWs and Mercedes look awful, especially the 3 series and s63.
Some others like the m235 and some of the super expensive Mercedes are alright, though.

I think, given an expanded budget, Polestar could definitely be on-par with AMG, at least in production engines. I don't think Polestar is going to come close to AMG's F1 craftsmanship, though.

Volvo has an AMG look alike. It's Kpax. I've driven a certified Kpax s60 and it was an absolute blast.
Problem is there's not a ton of shops certified to outfit the cars with Kpax parts, and there's next to no demand or exposure to the brand, which is evident in this thread.
If Volvo had any market share in fast cars Kpax would sell. Polestar is more like an "s" or "faster" model.
i'm excited for when my s60r finally blows up so i can get an s60 p*. got the R from 300 to 407 hp, can't wait to see what i can do to the 350 hp i-6.

BMW is becoming inferior to a lot of other brands. Most reviewers agree that they've lost their edge and that cars like the ATS, XE, IS350, ATS-V, C63S, etc. are better than their BMW competitors. The only car they really have right now that's decent is the M2, but even that is pretty heavy considering its size and that it doesn't really have that many luxury options.

Yeah. I had that system on my "AWD" Audi. It was a shitty system like Honda uses : FWD until you lose control of the steering, then power sent to the rear to push you into the ditch. Until everything hooks up again and you spin. Between the DCT and that shitty part-time Haldex system I hated that car's dynamics.
