Post your boats.

Boy do I miss my 87 Park Avenue. It was such a comfortable car.

93 LeSabre. Got it a few days ago. Love it. Love not having the shifter in the middle. So much room. Fit my 2 big friends on the back couch seat that seats low so they aren't blocking the rear window.

>>14777994
Oh my goodness my ass needs to sit on that. What year?

87, same as the one I had. You just sunk right in.

Imagine the decades of farts trapped in that seat.

Whoever scraps that car is gonna need to be HAZMAT certified.

1979 Lincoln continental. The comfiest vehicle you could ever own. 160hp 400ci big block v8 and all the leather you can handle. Rides smoother than most new cars.

Got more pics, anon? Roadmasters are so nice and cool. I almost bought one, but the seller was a dumb ass. Asked for how many miles it had and he told me not to waste his time and drive down and see it instead.

Nice car! I can't believe you got it for 400 though . . . was/is there anything wrong with it? Also what year is it? Looks to me like 1987?

BTW I'm the poster that put up the 89 Mercury Grand Marquis GS earlier in the thread, and I'll tell you these big boats are great cars - comfy, lot's of visibility, and not so bad gas mileage (I average 18 in the city and 24 on the highway).

Take care of it anon and it'll last forever.
>>
What is considered a big american boat? because I'm seeing some tiny cars in here.
>>
My '94 Caprice 9c1. The LT1 runs like a dream, but the car needs a new windshield and back window. It's gonna be a fun summer project.
>>
>>14784283
Someone posted a graphic. But I'd say its American luxury cars that have a shifter at the steering column, no center console, long hoods, long trunks. They don't have to be massive, but they are bigger than average and have a suspension that makes driving feel like you're in a boat.
>>
>>14778563
Nice.

I sold her years ago. There was nothing wrong with it, but sold it to buy a newer car that would get me through college. 1986.

B-Body rear windows have been discontinued for so long. Good luck finding one.

My brother has a 93 caprice sitting behind his house on blocks. It's been a project on his list that he never got around to finishing. He said he was just gonna scrap it soon but since I found my Caprice he said I could take anything I wanted off his caprice. So anything I found that could be a useful replacement part for mine, I've been pulling off.

His front windshield has a crack as well, but his back window is in perfect condition. We are gonna get together this weekend and try to remove it. He told me he has a plan involving piano wire to cut the seal and remove the glass.

I called up a good glass place and they have a replacement windshield for us, just gotta book the appointment.

I know right? they are so boxy yet rounded. they just have a nice all around look to them.
