Germany is actually probably one of the absolutely nicest places to live, but that's because of all the rules. I'm in Los Angeles right now and the lack of rules is what gets me. People are loud into the night, nobody fucking knows how to drive, everyone just does whatever they want and they don't follow the law. I'm not a big fan of how anal some Germans can be, but I can't deny that it works.
