I've just gone and bought a Subaru Outback 3.0 VDC from a lesbian couple in the Dallas area. $1800, 220k miles. A slight bit of rust because they live in Colorado 4 months out of the year.
My question is this - it smells kinda like poontang in here, especially in the back hatch carpet and the driver's seat. Is there an easy way to eliminate this smell?

OP here, so I've just been steam cleaning the seats and carpets and the smell is marginally better, but not greatly improved.
I'm gonna spray an entire bottle of febreeze in here and put a bigass fan inside and see if that solves anything. Wish me luck.
