How well does /o/ save up for the cars they want?
Currently working a 9/hr job making ~1k per month. If everything goes well, I should have enough for the car I want by the end of the year. I've almost caved multiple times on cheaper cars I've seen on Craigslist, but I've stayed strong and forced myself to keep saving up.

I'm 19 so it's definitely enough for my age.
I pay my insurance and gas, but nothing else, and am able to save up the majority of my checks because of it.
Wish I had a full time job already though, so jealous of people who make thousands per week.

I guess it depends on where and how you live, when i was 19 i was earning the same as what i earn now, but ive only been working this job for 5weeks, its the first job ive had since i was 20 (24 now) had medical issues, my younger brother who is 20 earns around 800-1000 a week, you gotta find something better mayne or move

I want a FD RX-7, or an Evo 8. Am also considering a FR-S or BRZ since they've dropped considerably in price, I saw a BRZ sitting at 14k the other day. Very tempting.

FDs run anywhere from 10-15k
Evos are 15-25k
Toyobarus 14-20k
Pretty close in price range, I think I'm leaning towards the Toyobarus since they should be the most reliable out of the three, but we'll see when I finally have enough money

I can get an rx7 for between 5-30k and an evo 8 would be 20-40k but thats 3-21k usd for the rx7 and 14-28k usd for the evo, me personally id stay away from the evo, my experience from watching mates own them ther just money pits uncomfortable af unless your at the track and they drink alot of fuel, i mean the rx will too but they are much sexier cars then a lancerr with a body kit

8k on a Z32 will land you a really clean TT. At $9/hr can you afford maintenance and when/if you mod it can you afford that?
