Did 14 hours a day every day for a few weeks. Had to setup and dismantle shows every night as well. Only got an hour or two sleep each night.

Don't think I could've done it without Modafinil.

No but I ran over some minivans bumper and almost crashed into the cones they put because construction zone in the middle of the South Dakota interstate
>>

Basically did the same. Drove from St. Louis Missouri to Sun Valley Idaho only stopping to get gas and take a piss. Packed my own food. Drove back just 3 days later. It was for a wedding. I am never doing that again. I'm not shitting you in the slightest when I say I'd rather be waterboarded for 2 hours straight.

i once drove 29 hours, slept 8 hours, hung out 8 hours, then drove 29 hours back with no other stops but food and gas

Back in the day I drove from Seattle to Dallas. Around 2k. Did it in a little over 30 hours with one nap of 3 hours half way through. Shit almost got real coming over the rockies because there was snow on the road, and I was driving an 88 300ZX. Not known for their performance on icy surfaces.
Lack of pussy, or the promise of it at the end of the trip will make a man brave. Good times.

Never drove more than two hours yet. Most of all my driving is for pizza delivery. May take a trip one day when I max out my vacation hours and I think my car is prepared for it. I got a bad back though and no cruise control so I'd need a ton of breaks because I'm a little bitch.
>>
I drove from Mississippi to Arizona on one go. Only stopped for fuel, food, and bathrooms. I think it took me around 25 or 26 hours Might've been more. I kept wanting to stop, but then I would be like "Ehhh, I made it this far, and I don't wanna piss away $60 on a hotel, and fuck sleeping in this car." That said it wasn't fun. By the last stretch of it, I started hearing secret messages in music and shit.

17 hours from VA to Dallas 5 times.
23 hours from VA to San Antonio 8 times.

But in Europe, each country has different language, and culture. And the scenery is more varied.
>>
>>14760683
Stunning, mate. Northern France is a bit bland, but once I got into the Swiss Alps I was reborn and reinvigorated by the sheer spectacle of the scenery. I said central Austria but I actually stopped just across the Swiss/austrian border.
I'm planning to repeat something similar for the /dbt/ meet in Slovenia in July, though I may got via south of France, monaco, Italy this time.
>>
>>14759846
12 hours, with a break for food and fuel. There's not much more I can really DO in britain while actively going somewhere.
The country's maybe a day, day and a half from south to north. And if I was doing that, I'd want to take a break and sleep before hitting Scotland, because the motorways give out halfway through it because there's nobody there for them to serve.
>>
>>14760413
>Furthest I've gone by bus is 25 hours

If we count that, I've done 36 hours crossing America. Twice.
>>
>>14760703
Yea north France is a lot like the south east UK, a bit flat and boring. I was skiing in Italy recently and we drove down from Germany, absolutely beautiful once you get past Munich. Me and the misses are doing a mini tour of Italy in the summer and I've insisted we go up through the old alpine pass routes on our way through. It really is gods country.

Not heard about any Euro meet, even if /dbt/ and I don't ride it sounds fun.

7 hours with like 3 breaks, 450 kilometers, old 1993 Twingo with a rotten exhaust that's loud as shit, 120-140kmh constantly, 25-30 degrees Celcius all the time, broken AC. Two days later same shit. Fight me faggots.
I like long trips.

We are meeting at lake bled in Slovenia last week of July I think, I'm not sure of the full details, I still have to email the German lad who is organising the campsite. I think there are 2 or 3 britbongs going.

Driving back from my honeymoon I made the mistake of not wanting to leave the beach and driving around saying goodbye to all our little spots before hitting the highway. I was experiencing legitimate highway hypnosis by the end. I pulled over once and just closed my eyes for about 20 minutes and listened to a show. It corrected it but I should have done it a second time since it was starting to get bad again as I was approaching home.

Drove from DC to Phoenix in 3 12ish hour chunks. My dad came along to keep me company but only drove 3 hours because he sucks at driving and it stressed me out. 21 hours with a 30 minute break, three fuel stops, a flat tire and a police stop (drove a really beaten-to-shit Volvo 240) from a military base in northern Norway to my hometown. My buddy & owner of the car was riding along, but still hadn't gotten his license back after getting caught by the police when he was skidding around a roundabout in his mothers BMW....

Not the longest journey maybe but i drove through about 70% of sweden in one sitting. About 1300km (~800 miles) in about 8.5 hours, with two fuel stops. This was done in the middle of a winter at night, meaning only the last 15 minutes or so actually had any kind of daylight. Yup, any skidding can be labelled as "reckless driving" which will get your license suspended. He got it suspended for six months and had to take a driving test to get it back.

He was dumb enough to do it in a roundabout located in the town itself. Had he used an empty parking lot or a deserted roundabout further out I doubt that the officers would have reacted
